A Company that takes money, but doesn't DELIVER! What do you think of it so far? RUBBISH!

On 30 August, I was told that the order had been dispatched, and would arrive in 5-7 days via tracked mail. On 12 September, it became 14-30 working days (ie. 3-6 WEEKS!!)I suggest your company investigate other method of delivery, as Royal Mail is obviously not interested in offering any kind of service. Cotton Traders use NFL,
and always deliver within 5 days!
If you told customers that you would deliver in 6 weeks, how would this effect your business?


We received good opinions about the flowers, and they arrived in time, at funeral directors.

As far as we know, everything was satisfactory.

Service amazing - and I live in Portugal!

I have now retired to central Portugal, and delivery times are about the same as UK!
