I wanted to order on-line to get my lenses quickly as my optician can occasionally be a bit slow and I needed some new lenses for outdoor use over last weekend in predicted poor weather. I was contacted to send confirmation of my prescription, which caused a delay and the whole process was slower than if I'd gone through the usual channel. I did not see anything on the on- line booking process which said this would be necessary. I will use my own optician in future.
