I've been ordering of thehut/zavvi for literally 2 years without a problem, if something ever takes long it's always clearly stated as "out of stock"
I think the influx of "this sight is horrible" reviews are because if you order and everything is fine, you're not going to bother writing about it. You have a bad experience, you're going to scream about it.
I've bought dozens of blu rays/DVDs and games and even clothing. Never had a problem with any. I once had a blu-ray take 1 month, but it clearly said "Out of stock, on back order 4-6 weeks" so I got it earlier than expected.
I suspect the people angry about the wait didn't check the stock when ordering (they are rarely out of stock)
The shipping is especially fast considering I live in Australia and always get the items in 7-9 days. Anyway, I highly recommend the site to anyone.
