Some issue but bent over backwards to put them right.

After checking available stock I ordered a specific plane through the website. I needed a three day delivery. I was contacted shortly after to tell me that there was an error with the system and that Plane was not in stock offering a full refund with apology.

This was a leaving gift for a colleague so the specific plane wasn't that important so they managed to find me a suitable alternative and also ship it on an overnight delivery at no additional cost.

I now have the plane and my colleague will be presented with it tomorrow. Excellent customer service!
