Expecting a delivery between 14.03 & 15.03 (how precise) I sat in my lounge from 2pm so I would see the van, At 2.45pm I just happened to turn my laptop on and hey presto according to an email they tried to deliver my parcel and have left it with a neighbour. This "neighbour" lives halfway down the street. I thought they were supposed to attempt another delivery tomorrow, the driver didn't even leave a card to tell me where the parcel is. If he did call here and I'm doubtful as I was sat here he didn't knock very loud and he certainly didn't wait very long. I thought DPD were actually improving
I ordered several pans as we have just had an Induction Hob installed and my old pans wouldn't work. I went to the shop at Freeport in Fleetwood first and the staff were very helpful. I did my order on line on Friday 31st October and it arrived on Monday 4th November. Very pleased with service, delivery and of course the pans.
I shop online each week as it easier to do my shopping and that of my elderly Mum at the same time. A while back Tesco created a favourite's list which I could return to each week and things I bought on a regular basis appeared on it. Great it cuts time down on searching for things or so I thought. This week there are currently over 50 items unavailable on my favourites list, this is ridiculous and has been happening more and more so much that in fact I am having to go out to my nearest Supermarket (Sainsbury's) to buy the things I can't get at Tesco. This rather defeats the object as the idea is to save me time. I may as well just go to the Supermarket instead at least I can get everything in one go. Customer service are very prompt at replying but nothing is ever resolved. It's time they took a long hard look at the set up and made major improvements. I for one am seriously considering leaving Tesco and trying another Online shop i.e Sainsbury's or Asda.
Delivery due on Tuesday I was out so they left a card. Wedneday delivery scheduled for 12.38-13.38 I was in but nobody came. Email recieved at 13.13 saying they had tried to deliver. Rang them at 2pm they didn't know what had happened. Thursday, I HAVE MY PARCEL. Driver says he didn't come because he had broken down, how come they didn't know this at the office ? and why the email saying he had tried to deliver. I have now had to take 2 days off work
