Wonderful service

On the advice of my vet and because I am only on a state pension,I ordered medication for my cat Monty via the Internet,rather than pay higher consultants fees.
Risky,I thought,but how wrong I was.
As soon as my vet faxed the prescription my order was filled.
I had to wait to see my vet for a non-urgent appointment which meant the prescription became suddenly urgent.
BestPet filled the prescription and sent via special delivery at no extra cost despite me not yet being a long time customer.
I WILL be a long time customer!
Service was over and above expectations and a kind email followed my order.



After not seeing my best friend in 25 YEARS I arranged for flowers to be delivered to her on the day of my surprise arrival.eFlorist were given 17DAYS notice of delivery date.The flowers should have arrived and later in the day I would arrive as a further surprise.Guess what?No flowers arrived.I was distraught.No communication has been possible,only"I'm sorry" from a poor damsel in a call office.Of all the florists in UK I had the misfortune to pick eFlorist - I believed their website like a fool.Never,ever again.
