Customer Service is Excellent!!

Order a ukulele of the website, waited for 3 days, had an email to advise me on a delay of stock and whether i wanted to wait or they could upgrade me to an alternative free of charge. Obviously chose the upgrade and they sent the new one out the next day. Can not fault the service ive received. Will certainly be shopping with them again and will be recommending to my friends!
