Good product & installation, awful customer service

I can't fault the product or installers, however the customer service is awful.

They make promises they don't keep and the salesman does the usual embarrassing sales techniques (1 day special offer, extra discount if we can take photos, let me call me boss, i'll give you this price but that means I lose all my commision but I'll do it anyway etc.).

For a job that was supposed to be a 1 day job took three weeks as they hadn't the correct materials and their supplier was out of stock (I'm sorry that's not my fault).
