Flowers were ordered on 6th September for a 50th birthday on 7th. Bocquet delivered on time, flattened in a box with the roses contained therein showing signs of being well past their sell by date, being limp, dying and with the vast majority of them being brown round the outer edges of the blooms. I ordered the deluxe bocquet but what was delivered bore absolutely no resemblance to what was advertised and looked pathetic and scrawny when put in a vase. An e-mail complaining about same was sent on 10th September to which no reply was received. This was re-sent on 18th September to which an automated reply was received advising response would be made within 48 hours. It is now 4th October and I have received neither a response to my complaint or a refund on my credit card. Will never use this service again. Would have been better going to local supermarket and getting fresh flowers at twice the value for money but wanted these to be a surprise delivery at her place of work. Instead I was mortified when the recipient opened them in front of me! Will never use this service again.
