the staff have been wonderful when it comes to assistance especially Alex but i have a problem with the product as it was reported on your site few months ago that you do not garantee its success with cqc. i do not understand. again it is very diffiult to download the polices from your site i paid £1700 plus. i have made application to cqc and there are few things i need to amend in some of the write up.

Thank you for your feedback. As mentioned in our disclaimer, our policies don't guarantee CQC success, however this due to the fact that our clients are required to follow the policies and procedures in place as well as implement their own details for personalisation. There are two methods of downloading the documents, namely pdf and word format, and we are always available to assist you in this process.
