I have placed an order with them online and everything was perfect including delivery except after opening the boxes I have discovered that my bed is broken. I did ring them of several times, sent them bunch of emails including photos of the broken part and they promised to ship the replacement part next week. It's almost 3 weeks now and every time I ring them they promise the same - we will ship the part next week don't worry.
Don't send them emails - they will never reply I guess they don't even read emails at all + they do not want to as you will have written proof of conversation.
So now just before Xmas I will be taking this case to VISA Credit and ask them for refund as I cannot deal with such a bunch of Cowboys.
They should not be allowed to trade!!!
Just placed an order 5 days ago and by the end of the week I have decided to give them a call to trace my package.
As the lady told me it might take a month for the delivery as they do not stock some of the items. When I asked why this information is not on the website - I've been told that there is a plan to do so.
They charged my card before delivery has been sent and there was no info about any ETA so I have cancelled my order. Now hopefully they will pay my money back...
Avoid at all cost unless you want to wait for months to receive your items.
