I have been dealing with Motorhog for the past 18 months or more and they have been quit helpful both physically and over the phone. I think their cars a fairly priced and Lorraine at the reception on regular occasions have been excellent with Amanda.
However, like every things I did have an issue with polo diesel which started alright but throttle was broken.. but it was quickly sorted.
My advice to anyone is always to go view (They also advice this) the car before bidding other than that you take a risk and bid... They lost the keys to the Focus I was to pick up which meant that I had to wait for about 2 hour before getting another keys cut They the lady at the counter did appologise nicely.. , with experience you know that buying from salvage yards .. you expect things to happen....
In all, yes, there are issues and I think they may need to re-think or reward their terms and conditions, taking into account that they could be better.....
