APPALLING AFTERSALES SERVICE & PRODUCT

DO NOT USE THIS SITE IF SHOPPING THE NEWCASTLE AREA, this is the 3rd time I have been asked for feedback after having already submitted 2 complaints and the only comeback I have is being asked for another review. They claim to care but I see absolutely nothing but lip service in an attempt to look helpful!
Product delivered nothing like that ordered, I have the pictures to proove it.
