We all know that things can go wrong even when measures are put into place to prevent mishaps.The main thing, as far as I am concerned, is when a problem occurs how efficiently it is sorted. I recently had a delivery that was damaged by the delivery company and within 24 working hours the problem was sorted by a very polite young lady over the telephone and a replacement was received.
