Ordered the meds, filled in the required form, and items were posted next working day... great price (best I could find on the web) and had the meds quickly. Couldn't ask for more!

Difficult to get a straight reply
The product was not delivered within the usual time frame. An e-mail query from us went unanswered for more than a week. Upon phoning, they were friendly but didn't give the correct information (as to when the product would be delivered) and this had to be followed up. Overall, 1 e-mail and 3 phone calls to chase delivery before we had it...
