So far so good

This is the first time I have dealt with Satnaveasy so cannot award 5 stars yet. My old sat nav (Blaupunkt) was not that easy to use and kept telling me to make a U turn even when I knew I was on the right road so it was time to update before it went on a one way trip out the window. I had a look on the net and saw the utube demo of the Garmin 1490T and the Tom Tom XXl not being a whizz kid on gadgets had a chat with the lads in work also for advice & some recommended Tom Tom. I then emailed satnaveasy and got a good report for the 1490T compared to the Tom tom, I did try ringing them the following day for a little more advice and place the order over the phone but the line was constantly engaged I guess as their prices are reasonable many people are using them so I ordered online which was straightforward and was surprised to get a confirmation email saying it would be delivered the following day. The delivery was punctual at the time stated so now it was playtime, the instructions are simple and easy to follow, the physical size is smaller than the Blaupunkt even though the screen is inch & half bigger, the display is clear I have yet to get fully conversant with it and will ask sat nav easy why the speed limit displayed is 70 on a road that has been 50 for years and if it can be changed, I presume the speed calibration is more accurate than my car when my speedo shows 70 the 1490 shows 67or 68. So far so good
