Although snow was widely forecast, I called up on the day before the snow happened and was reassured that the item would be delivered the following day so I made the order and paid next day delivery. The next morning I was sent an e-mail saying that snow had caused delays in delivery and that I would receive the item as soon as possible. A little frustrating considering the phone call, that said the item did arrive the following working day in the snow.
Despite an exasperating day of waiting for a delivery that eventually turned up at 10:20pm at night, which also had a pillow missing from the delivery, Yanis Matresses swiftly responded to my frustrated e-mails first thing the following morning. They apologised for the carrier even though they were not technically responsible for the late delivery and immediately made reparations. What fantastic customer service!
We had bought a single organic latex mattress for our little boy and a double coolmax latex topper for ourselves. Both are wonderful products unlike the memory foam equivalents we tried from other companies that had terrible odours.
Whilst sleeping on the topper that sits on our ortho mattress, I definitely felt warmer although not so much as to cause any sweating or discomfort. Even so, I have been sleeping much better since using it and because it is so comfortable it is difficult to leave the bed to get up for work in the morning!
I highly recommend both the products and the company!
