I hardly have the drive to make comments but on this outstanding customer service I am obliged to do so now. I ordered a 2-in-1 travel system online on Saturday 29/09/12 and received a confirmation the order has been received and will be processed. On Monday ordered was processed and on Tuesday was dispatched with information of 1hr window (09:23-10:23am) delivery and an option to request a change of delivery date if not convenient. We were off to a hospital appointment that morning so we left a note to leave the items at the back door. Later got a text to choose another date so typed 1 to say I want the the items delivered next day. The delivery guys got to our home and on seeing the note on the door left the items at the back door. We came back and to our pleasant surprise, the items were in the back door! Every stage of the transaction was duly communicated by text and/or email. It can't be any better, can it? Thanks a lot and keep the good work.
