I bought an expensive HD Projector here last Christmas. The description cleartly said the projector came with 3D Glasses included which were not included in the box when it was delivered. I contacted their customer service team by phone who at first seemed very helpful. The woman I spoke to on the phone agreed and said that the description clearly states that there are 3D Glasses included and that she would pass the problem on to a higher member of staff to resolve the issue. A week later I get an E-mail to say "Sorry this projector does not come with 3D Glasses". With no return E-mail address to argue my case I had no choice but to buy a generic pair on ebay and spend a further 50 Euro. I have been buying from pixmania for 5 years but after this will never shop from them again.

I am sorry if the description on the site did not conform to the package and that. If an item does not conform to the site we will normally do a return for refund or try to come to an arrangement.
As this review is regarding an order from a year ago, I ask if you have any record of a screen shot of the description of the item so that I may reopen this case.
