take your money, you get no food and no refund or reply.

I placed an order on Saturday it was expected via email, I then got a call to tell me they would not be delivering the food as they had no delivery transport. This was India Garden I tried to have a discussion with the person calling to ask why the order was accepted if they could not deliver but to me honest the man was a complete simpleton and did not understand what I was trying to tell him. I then email Hungryhouse to advise what had happened and that I would need a refund. I then ordered from a different restaurant and paid again only to be told an hour later that the order was not accepted this was now an 2 hours waiting for food. I ended up ordering from Just Eat and got my food in half an hour so I recommend using then instead of the jokers at Hungry House. Its now five days later and I have had no reply and they have taken my money and its does not look likely that I will get a refund as there customer service is non existent. Take my advise steer clear of Hunrgy house as you will end up hungry and out of pocket.

Worse customer service ever !!!!

I order three items from Boohoo as the website it great with some great clothes at really reasonable prices. The order came and the goods were fine I was impressed with the delivery service. I wore one of the items a belt the next days, however when I went to put the belt on it was broken. I really liked the belt and just wanted it replaced so I submitted the request on the contact form and sent it off and got a automated response saying my message had been received and they would get back to me. A few days went past no reply so I emailed once again and again no reply. I have now sent 3 emails and all have been ignored. The worst kind of customer service ever thinking you can take customers money and then ignore them. If they were not willing to replace the belt then fine but at least reply to the emails, the fact that they have not I find extremely rude. I will safely say I would never order from Boohoo again and will pass on this experience to all my friends and family.
