Item purchased has gone missing in delivery.
After requesting 2-3 day delivery of a specific item after ordering on 30/9 am still waiting for order to be delivered.
Delivery tracking states the item was delivered on 4/10 however no such delivery took place.
Am still waiting on news of what happened to my order as it has yet to be delivered.
As this was my first purchase by Pixmania am not impressed, sounds dodgy.
Recommend not purchasing from this online retailer.

If the tracking has stated delivered and you have not yet received the delivery we will need to open an investigation with the courier. An investigation will take up to 5 working days in which time we will be unable to refund or resend the product.
I would be happy to look into your file and see when the investigation was opened in order to give you a timeframe for the end of this transport investigation.
