Good experience, only just short of 5 stars

Very easy to place order - only reason it's not 5 stars is that by mistake I ordered two bikinis so sent an email straight after my order to correct and was disappointed that my order couldn't be amended. Hence I was sent both and then had a trip to the Post Office to return the extra bikini. That said, I received an acknowledgement email of the refund within a few days so that gives me confidence that I can order and return easily in future.
