I ordered the radiator 1.10.12, and was surprised that it was delivered the next day. Unfortunately I missed the delivery by 10 minutes, so arranged for it to be re-delivered on 3.10.12. When it arrived the driver pointed out that it was damaged and after a telephone call back to his depot it was decided to take the radiator back and bring another one. I have now been told that barring any more problems I will get a delivery of the radiator on 9.10.12.
