I bought a mobile phone to replace one that had broken. It clearly stated in the website that it could be used for sending photos. When it arrived, I couldn't get it to do this, and spent hours on the phone to O2 and Motorola trying to get it to work, to find it was a model which was for the Middle East and the settings couldn't be changed. As it was useless to me I tried to contact pix mania to send it back, but just could not get anywhere. I was told on eventually getting through to the customer services department, that someone would get back to me. I had this conversation a few times, was ignored, sent a letter recorded delivery, also ignored. Eventually I gave up. Would definitely avoid, even though the prices are great, if something goes wrong, you are stuffed.
Update- on posting the review, I received a reply from pixmania, which was certainly more prompt than any replies I'd had to many emails and phone calls. (None). Apparently the suppliers that they'd contacted at the time told them the phone was compatible with the uk market, and it should have worked. Nobody bothered to inform me of this at the time, or I could have told them - it didn't. It doesn't.
