NOT IMPRESSED - Will never use again.

I recently bought 2 vision ego kits from safercigs, one for myself and one for my wife a 650 and a 1000 with a few bottles of juice.

The battery's are fine no issues with that or the juice's however the vision egos themself were all ment to be the one's with replaceable atomisers and they were not they were just the standard one piece but also one of them didnt work at all. Another thing is the travel case's that arrived with them were personalised with the name "Darren" on them which have absolutely no relevance to myself or my wife. The thing that really disappointed me the most was the customer service side of things, I sent them an email regarding the issues and have had absolutely no response the impression I get is that they got my money and now couldnt care less in light of all the issues I was extremely disappointed and will not be using this company again.

NEVER once have you contacted me not once and i have email and a 0845 number yet you have used none of these. i would say that you have set out in a deliberate attempt to slate my business which i guess is a real pity. I have tried to genuinely contact you since this review but no answer can be gained. I am sorry that your attack on my business failed so bad but i feel that the public have the right to know when false information is being spread. Thank you so much for wasting my time and that of my customers time in reading this.
