I have ordered a pair of shoes and a hairdryer. The hairdryer was malfunction after using it twice. The shoes was a faulty item as well. I have made an ordered in early September and I still hasn't receive one of the items!
Also, I made an inquiry through sending them message in their webpage and the message was not replied until 2 weeks later. I called to customer service and the staff was rude and unhelpful. The whole company was a mess.
I want to make a complaint but my complaint email was never replied since early September. I sent another message to sports direct and asked for the complaint channel and they never tell you!
I am totally upset about the whole shopping experience.
Waste of money! The poorest service I have ever used.
