I purchased a Toshiba laptop for my Dj work. I was unsure what specification that I might need, but received concise directions over the phone. It arrived as and when described (with the accurate text service confirming this) without any hitches. The laptop performs perfectly, although the battery refused to charge initially. I was given support over the phone regarding this and the advice was, yet again, spot on.
