The website and ordering process are really straightforward, and the communication from PC Specialist about the order status is very good in principle - though the emailed status reports and what it says on the website about order progress differ most of the time!
Delivery time was pretty good - well within expectation - and DPD do a good job of keeping you in the loop re a delivery time. One bad note: I watched the delivery driver slinging the boxes clearly marked FRAGILE pretty roughly into my house.
The instructions for the various components and how they slot together were good and the system was up and running pretty efficiently.
The computer is quick and able, as expected, though it did need a few tweaks to function as I had hoped it would out of the box, chiefly in rendering 3D scenes which initially and repeatedly crashed the PC. No one likes blue screens on Day One, especially when Quality Control and Testing are part of the ordering process!
I spent more time than I'd like to in forums seeking out possible solutions, and had to perform some less than rudimentary tweaks to get the rendering sorted out, though to be fair if I had set it up during the day I could probably have rung the company for this.
I'm very pleased with the vast majority of the components - certainly all the critical ones - but the PCTV card and supplied software were a let-down. They are old (2006, I think) - and Pinnacle has since been bought out by Corel who no longer offer support for this aspect of Pinnacle's offering.
One minor disappointment in an otherwise painless and happy process.
