After being a customer at their Southgate shop before it closed, and an online buyer too, my last experience was not a pleasant one. Confirmed sizing by telephone BEFORE I ordered only to discover that I needed 1.5 times more than my usual size, so I returned the first order at my expense. Replacement shoes were worn and dirty! It would seem that no-one had checked them before posting to me. After another call I was told to return these too for yet another replacement pair, after raising the issue of postage costs this time I was offered a returns label. I asked why I was not given one the first time only to them be passed over to a 'supervisor' who was not sympathetic and basically saying it was my fault that I had ordered the wrong size initially and so was not entitled to a refund of those costs. At this point I cancelled the order and asked to be taken off their mailing list, so 'supervisor' not only lost a sale but also a customer. I eventually received, I'm hoping as I have not checked yet, a full refund of purchase and both postage costs. I will add that my previous buying experiences with Tennisnuts had been fine, its just that this person chose to be argumentative on a day that my patience was not accepting BS!
Ordered, money taken from my account immediately, waited over six weeks, they kept saying the supplier had the frame in stock and they were chasing them daily. Eventually got fed up of excuses and received a refund. In a nutshell, selling goods that they do not hold in stock. A reputable company will only take payment on the day goods are dispatched, these people take the money and hope they can supply. 0/10
