I needed several remotes for a gate. I was advised that mine is no longer available and I was given an alternative. I ordered them and after a considerable wait (even though I was told they were in stock ), when they arrived they did not work.
When I asked for help, I was told they are the wrong units and they cannot supply the correct ones.
To be fair, they have arranged for them to be returned andthey havesaid that they will pay the postage, it does not help when I need them now. I now have to start again and find another supplier
CyberSelect were great. i was looking for particular loudspeakers. CyberSelect had them. I ordered, paid, then phoned them to arrange delivery on a particular day.
That is exactly what happened! Can't ask for anything more!
