In my view personal injury assist where really good in dealig with my case. The process did take longer than i thought it would but everytime i rang to ask any questions or if i had any quires i was spoken to in a friendly and respectful manner and everyone was really helpful. The only thing i would say to improve on is whilst my case was being processed i wasn't kept updated on the progress I had to rig up the majority of the time to see what stage it was at. A phone call or a letter telling me what was going on would have helped due to fact i wouldnt have had to ring up the majority of the time. Also dave and ubaid? I think he was called were absolute stars really nice guys helped me alot. Keep up the good work x
