Poor, poor service.. unacceptable!

First quoted £92 for my Bold 9780 by this company and in reciept of my phone, they offered £36.03 due to 'excessive wear and tear'.. Rubbish! It had a brand new screen last month and was in a case its whole life..Not a scratch or mark on it! So I rejected the offer and paid the £4.95 for it to be returned (I didn't mind the return fee by the way). I then receive an email, which may be automated, from the company, stating the engineers deal with hudreds of phones each week and human error can occur so they will re-test and regrade the phone. I then emailed customer services saying I don't want a regrade as I already rejected offer and I've paid for the return of the phone.. This was on 3rd of October, still no response and still no phone!!
It says customers have 5 days to either accept or reject offers or they will presume the offers are accepted if customers don't respond.
Seriously unhappy and unacceptable behaviour from this company, you should be ashamed of yourselves! Absolutely disgusting!
My only mistake here was using this company without reading anyone elses reviews.. No wonder Mazuma have a better reputation! Trading Standards is now an option against this company if I get no response.. After several times of emailing and trying to ring them today, I get no response and all it says is no-one is available to take the call and the phone disconnects.. So thanks to this company, not only myself but many others are out of pocket because they're so ignorant. I planned on selling to another company but now cannot do so until these scamming b*stards return the phone. That's if they ever return it...
