This was, in all honesty, the worst online shopping experience I have had in living memory. Having placed and paid for an order, I waited about a month and received neither a dispatch email nor a package in the post. I tried to log into my online account and received nothing but errors.
I called the company, and was given the automatic message multiple times that lines were busy- before being automatically hung up on. After several tries, the phone finally rang and I was second place in the queue. SECOND. The second person! How in God's name can they not handle more than two callers on the caller waiting system? Are they using phones, computers and systems from the days of King Nebuchadnezzar? Because I'm pretty sure things were a lot more up to date in the time of Jesus.
Eventually, I spoke to a representative who informed me that there had, unfortunately, been a slight delay with my order. YOU THINK? YOU BLOODY THINK? I ordered a month ago and you're telling me there's been a delay with my order as if I could never have guessed. And how difficult could it have been to send a brief email, maybe after two or three weeks delay, to let me know of this?
The representative eventually informed me the product would be with me the next week. Two weeks later, nothing. I called up again. After chatting with yet another useless employee of this godforsaken company, I was told that my order had been cancelled and refunded. CANCELLED AND REFUNDED? AND NOBODY THOUGHT IT WOULD BE A GOOD IDEA TO INFORM ME? Apparently, I should have been sent an email. Well, I wasn't. It wasn't in my junk folder either. Repulsive.
Another two weeks later, and I haven't received my refund. I call up and was informed that it had been processed and I should have received it. WELL I BLOODY WELL HAVEN'T, YOU GOAT HEAD! After several rants and a threatening email, I receive a letter to take to my bank manager to ask him to process a refund. Not only did I get such stinking service, but I have to go out of my way to get my money back.
HOW IN THE WORLD CAN ONE COMPANY BE SO OVERWHELMINGLY RUBBISH AT EVERYTHING THEY DO? ARE THEY ABLE TO DO ANYTHING RIGHT?
I will pray, every night, for the bankruptcy of this company. Nothing so crap deserves to live. My advice to everyone in the world is- save yourself the trouble and avoid this disastrous mistake of a sales company. Absolutely disgusting service.
