Couldn't have been easier

I had spent 3 days researching hotels and nothing was within my budget unless I was prepared to be miles away from the city center. One click on Onhotels and I found exactly what I needed at a better price than I had anticipated and close to the city center. I had a minor problem with my payment but received an email immediately letting me know that they were aware of it and sorting it out. Couldn't have asked for better customer service.
