Instructions not good

The actual dog guard is excellent but the instructions are hopeless and I scratched my car inside as had assembled wrong due to the instructions not being clear also it doesn't fit I had to use tie straps to secure it properly but it's secure and very solid just bad instructions and a cm short with the bars to hook it in.

Hi Darren,
Sorry to hear you experienced problems with the fitment and our instructions. If you can confirm which dog guard you have, we can look into this.
We would also be interested to know why you have had to use tie straps, as you shouldn't need to use such a thing to secure any of our dog guards. We may be able to come up with a solution for this.
