I would strongly advise against using this company.
I was told my payment didn't go through, so I paid again. I've now paid twice for both my bed, mattress and delivery. Despite the fact that I've raised this with the customer services, who tell me that the finance team will get in touch, after two months, I've heard nothing.
The delivery was a very painful process. We were repeatedly told that the delverer "couldn't find" our house. However, other delivery companies had no problem. We got both the bed and the mattress around two weeks after we'd expected it.
The bed itself is okay but most of the dowels were too long, so i had to drill longer holes.
It's nearly impossible to get through to them on the phone, so sorting these issues out is awfully difficult. if I don't hear back from them soon, I will start a dispute through my bank.
I would urge anyone to pay a little bit more and go with a company who know how to treat customers properly.
