I purchased a pair of Gigaset phones in February 2013 and had a problem with the batteries not charging so I emailed Ligo who advised that they could not locate my order number. When the phones were delivered there was no invoice in the box so I had no copy of the order number and unfortunately because of a problem with my PC I had lost any email correspondence. I do have a copy of my bank statement showing the transaction with Ligo but they were not interested and seem to place the onus on me to find the order number. I cannot believe that Ligo are unable to find the order number and am quite shocked by their attitude.
It was a bonus to see that my vet practice had recommend Animed Direct at the foot of my prescription and as they, along with one other supplier were the cheapest I had found on line, then choosing wasn't difficult. Everything was very straightforward and delivery was quick and efficient so would have to highly recommend.
