As usual the whole operation of submitting copy on line through to recieving the finished propduct went well. My only concern is that you did not acknowledge the receipt of the order and I had to contact you twice before I discovered whether the order had been received. In fact there was a problem in that I sent a large file but once I had been adviced to up load it all went well. Perhaps you should warn costumers about this.
