Mostly unhelpful rude staff

I bought a bike form Sports Direct which arrived damaged one of the dropouts on the forks was bent meaning that I could not fit the front wheel. It's now been almost two weeks and they still have not resolved the issue and the bike is still waiting to be collected and replaced.
