Pixmania

Pixmania---Just VERY BAD.

I ordered from Pixmania, memory cards and a reader. The order was place on the 26-09-2012 and still to this day 9-10-2012 I still have not received my products. I contacted Pixmania and told them I had not received my products.. They told me that it would be investigated. It has taken Pixmania 9days to find out that my products were sent to the wrong address. I could have told them this, as I had tracked the parcel. It did not take me 9days to discover the parcel went to wrong address. I have phoned on a number of occasions and asked to speak to a supervisor or someone at a higher level and even left my mobile number, but nobody has phoned me back, all they send is emails, telling me that it will take another 5days. I have demanded a refund.
I will not be using this company again.
This company has very bad customer services.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sorry that there has been a problem with the delivery of your parcel.
For all delivery disputes an investigation must be opened with the transporter, and they must confirm the delivery or the delivery to the false address as in your case before we can treat the file. An investigation should take no longer than 5 working days.
