I ordered from Pixmania, memory cards and a reader. The order was place on the 26-09-2012 and still to this day 9-10-2012 I still have not received my products. I contacted Pixmania and told them I had not received my products.. They told me that it would be investigated. It has taken Pixmania 9days to find out that my products were sent to the wrong address. I could have told them this, as I had tracked the parcel. It did not take me 9days to discover the parcel went to wrong address. I have phoned on a number of occasions and asked to speak to a supervisor or someone at a higher level and even left my mobile number, but nobody has phoned me back, all they send is emails, telling me that it will take another 5days. I have demanded a refund.
I will not be using this company again.
