Placed an order on the 13th Nov I received an email saying my order had been despatched on 14th. Order was Not received so I sent a message and told I would received order by the 24th November and as yet I have not received it. I find it insulting that the company expect us to pay a fortune to ring them 0845 number to find where our orders are.
This used to be an excellent company to deal with but has gone down hill rapidly.
I have now contacted the Hut Group who own My Protein to see if anyone will contact me so I can get my order.

The Fruit Press is solid, very heavy and good quality. The crusher is also of a good quality. I did a lot of research before buying these items and in my opinion they are excellent value for money and I feel I made the right choice..
I haven't used them yet but can see no reason why they won't do the job perfectly.
It was a pleasure dealing with this company and I wouldn't hesitate in dealing with them again.
