i bought a buffalo modem router off this company in august and now in October its developed a fault,they did not answer my e mail,so i called them,then i was told i had to get this and that off buffalo so they could see it was a faulty item before they would refund my money.any item bought off any company is covered by a 12 month warranty but they don't want to know.i am now going to be in contact with uk trading standards,and going to write to a consumer magazine to see if they can help and to get this out in the open useless company
