I think I am unlucky with my experience!
I ordered my Gtech AirRam on 13th November and waited eagerly for delivery wich didn't seem to happen, so I contacted the company and there seemed to be a mix up with my order ,however I was assured it would come the next day wich it did.
I was very eager to use my new cleaner and soon had it ready to start work,but unfortunatly there was another problem as soon as I started to use my AirRam It was clear that something was wrong,I contacted the help line and it was collected on Thursday 22nd Nov,so I am back to square one and waiting for a replacement,so sadly at the moment I am not ver impressed.

I am a senior shoppar and was helped very much by your sales team, who sent me fixing details of the dog guard that I was interested in buying so that I could see if I would be able to fit it,Ibought it and am very pleased with it and amazed that it arrived the next day thanks again.
