Cheap products awful website

I have been using this site to order stuff and have recommended to many of my mates the HMB powder product is unbeatable.
But the website has gone from from poor to worse. The company has not invested in the website and the product comes across as cheap and nasty which they are not. They are great products but ruined by the terrible user experience. Just look at [Link] and [Link] who would you rather buy from?
Its pretty obvious. Hope this advise is taken on board.
