Always had a lovely experience here.

Zizzi is great, they have lovely food and a really good choice on the menu. The starter to share of meats, mozzarella and bread etc is just amazing. There are normally always vouchers available too so good value for money and good service as well.


Have a few bad points but also some good - not quite as bad as some of the reviews!

I've had LoveFilm for roughly 10 months now and originally got it as we had to get rid of Sky and free-view really doesn't have much choice. I have had some bad buffering experiences in the past and a few times when 'Lovefilm instant is not available right now' which did really annoy me at the time as obviously if you are paying for something you should be able to use it. I complained over email to Lovefilm every time this happened and did receive a small refund each time i complained. It has got much better recently though and this hasn't happened for a while. They have also (slowly but surely) started to add much better films to instant and to rent. The buffering has also improved and i was entertained for a good couple of months watching Prison Break again from the beginning.


Just awful

So I ordered some new shoes for a night out on Friday and selected next day delivery so I would have them on Saturday night which saved me going shopping, how stupid of me to expect them to actually come the day I requested them. For a start their delivery slot time is 10 hours 8am-6pm what a joke and then they never even came!! Called the delivery service very annoyed and apparently missguided forgot to tell them one line of my address so they were un able to deliver it.. It may not be missguided's fault that their drivers clearly have zero common sense and don't know how to use a phone as I supplied my mobile number if there were any problems but it is their fault they have zero customer service skills. I then rearranged for Monday and they still didn't come!! Fuming. I also like a lot of these other reviews resorted to twitter as they can't be bothered to reply to emails but seem to have all the time in the world to tweet pure and utter crap. Also got a lame response and a patronising " :) xx " at the end! Someone finally responded 6 days later with no solution for me or compensation and I have no confidence this won't happen again.
Reading these reviews and the fact that 4 of my friends have had the same issue it's not a one of, thinks its time they shut down which is a shame as I did really like the shoes when they eventually came

Liers! Very upset

I paid for Saturday delivery and took the day off work as I really needed this parcel today. Very good initially texting to say hours it would come between. Obviously I have been in all day but they then sent an email saying the driver was unable to deliver as no one was in!! Pure lies the buzzer never never rang and I for the life of me haven't been able to find a number to speak to a real person as I desperately need this Parcel today!! So cross with them

Can't understand the good reviews, please never use them!

I have had serious problems two consecutive years now after booking with Travel Republic.
First experience, last year's holiday we arrived at our hotel only to be told it is full and we are being moved. We where then moved (only half of our party btw) to a different hotel that was so far away! and out of town so had to get taxi's everywhere. We spend hours on the phone to them with no outcome. so in the end decided to get on with our holiday.
Then this year (unbeknown to me) we booked with them again, lo and behold upon arrival we were told hotel was full and we had to move to another. I was furious now this being the second year in a row, we were also moved to an awful hotel miles and miles away!
Anyway making the complaint was difficult as well, they take nearly a month to reply to each letter (we've been home nearly 3 months now and no outcome), and the compensation they offered was simply laughable, please do not use them if you wish to stay in the hotel and resort you actually booked.


Cannot wait to get out of my contract.

Orange have been utterly useless, been charged double for my bill multiple times by 'mistake' ridiculous phone bills for only an 8GB iPhone, signal never works, internet is slow etc. etc.

Great easy way to order food.

9/10 out of ten i have had a great experience, good food and quick delivery service. It is great you can read restaurant/ take-away reviews so can see if you are getting what you pay for! The new options to save and re-visit previous orders are great as is being able to save card details and address for time efficiency!
