Still awaiting delivery after a week! E mails from cust serv contradictory!

Ordered a week ago..... no sign of delivery! Contacted customer services - told item would be sent out same day delivery at approx.11am..... received further e-mail at 4.40pm saying item was actually out of stock!! would have prefered if they had checked before promising me a next day delivery! WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM AGAIN!!
