All though me and another band mate, have had some ''trouble'' with this company regarding items not actually being in stock and them having to order things in to then send to you. I ended up waiting a fair few weeks for my item, but that being said, I was given the option to; Leave the order in place, cancel my order or to get a refund and leave the order in place and pay again at a later date. Overall the service is good and I imagine the shipping would be good/ quick if the item were in stock. I won't hesitate to use DV247 again.
I ordered an Alesis 3632, which the website said was in stock. I found out the next morning that there was a problem with the website and this item was NOT in stock. I had a phone call the next morning to let me know and the person on the phone was friendly and articulate and clear. I was told I'd receive my item by the next Friday and low and it did. All in all I am very happy with the service, maybe the website should be updated a bit quicker when things go out of stock? But the free delivery on my item made up for it anyway. I will definitely be ordering from DJkit again in the near future. Thanks :)
