Key Retirement Solutions
Efficient, friendly and reasonably quick.
After contacting Key R S, Martin Dyet called and explained the whole procedure to us. Forty days later the whole thing was done entirely to our satisfaction. Ashfords LLP of Exeter dealt with all the legal aspects and in particular Peter Barton and Rebecca Milton who were our contacts, made us feel safe and assured. Also, Ashfords' choice of local contact, Mr M J Trayford of Waller Needham and Green, Bretton, Peterborough, treated us with utmost courtesy when witnessing our signatures. One other visit by Martin and a few pieces of identification from us, and the job was done.
We are also preparing wills and powers of attorney under the expert guidance of George Knowles of Key Wills. George has spent a considerable time on the phone to us, ensuring that we fully understand the complexities of these important documents.
All in all we cannot be happier with the service provided by Key R S. We were unsure at the outset if there would be problems, or that we would be able to get everything that we needed, but Martin and his associates delivered a first class service and a solution which suits us perfectly.

Hot service for my wife's shower
Within 24 hours of placing my order for a control unit for a Janus 3 water heater, the part had arrived, I had fixed it and my wife was in the shower. I can't imagine a faster service. The money to pay was taken just as quickly, but that is a pretty fair deal. Thanks Stevenson.
