The website ordering service is a fantastic one - saves the hassle of having to bother with the yellow pages or looking at those flyers you get through the door... The only gripe I have with them is their customer service is lacking when they do mess up. If your food doesn't arrive because the restaurant has not received your order or there has been some other technical hitch they don't offer you any kind of compensation, they simply ask you to reorder from another restaurant. This can get annoying if you have waited an hour for the food you paid for only to have to wait another 40 mins and choose your food again etc etc, and this would be unlikely to happen if you had ordered over the phone. For this reason I give it 4/5.
