NOT GOOD.

Was so hoping this meat was good.....but,the filet steak was quite good but the shoulder of veal was dreadful,so tough it ended up in the bin so a complete waste of time and money,how you can have tough veal is beyond me.I lived in Rome for 11 years and know how to cook veal !
Sorry,will not be using this company again.
